Ingredients
1 guava ( julienne)
½ pineapple (julienne)
½ tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp pomegranate
1 tbsp roasted peanuts (roughly chopped)
- For the dressing
1 tbsp coriander stem and leaves
1 tbsp jaggery powder
1-2 bird’s eye chilli
1 tbsp tamari/light soya sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Cut guava and pineapple into juliennes
- Into a blender ass coriander leaves along with stem, jaggery powder, bird’s eye chilli, tamari/light soya sauce, lemon juice and blend into a coarse puree.
- Pour the required dressing onto the fruits and toss well to coat.
- Top this with chilli powder, pomegranate and roasted peanut.
