Turn any day into a special occasion with these Nutella Strawberry stuffed crepes.
Great crepes are all about getting the batter right. The best and easiest way to making a perfect batter is using a blender. No lumps, no tearing when you flip, with just 10 seconds of whiz!

Nutella Strawberry Crepes

½ cup luke warm water
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp butter, melted (check notes)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup flour/maida
Oil/butter for seasoning the pan
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender starting with the wet. Keep aside for the bubbles to settle.
- Place a pan on medium to low heat and season the pan with some oil/butter and wipe clean with a tissue.
- Lift the pan from the heat and pour enough batter to cover the pan. Swirl the pan as you pour the batter.
- Once the sides start to turn golden brown flip the crepe and leave for about 30 seconds and then remove.
- Transfer the crepe into a cutting board or plate. Do not fold till it has come to room temperature.
- Repeat the same with the rest of the batter.
- You can fill the crepes with filling of your choice, since its valentines I decided to spread come Nutella and top it with strawberry.
- Now fold into triangle and serve with dusting of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
Notes
- If using unsalted butter just add 1/2 tsp salt to the mixture.
- Crepe batter can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for upto a day. Make sure to give it a good stir before cooking as it might separate slightly while chilling.
