This whipped Dalgona Coffee is super easy to make, even the ones who do not spend much time in the kitchen can become a pro at this
All you need is some basic ingredients that are easily available in the kitchen and a hand blender or mixer.

Whipped to perfection and served ice cold – the ultimate Dalgona delight!
Ingredients
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp hot water
1 cup milk
½ cup ice
Directions
- Combine instant coffee powder and sugar into a bowl, add the hot water and immediately whisk using an electric beater or a hand blender
- Whisk till it become light, fluffy, changes colour and doubles in volume.
- At this point you can transfer this coffee cream into a freezer safe airtight container and freeze for 8 hours Or you can make this instantly.
- Fill a tall glass with 3/4th ice and pour in the chilled milk. Using a ice cream scooper, scoop the dalgona coffee cream and top the milk.
- Serve with sprinkled coffee powder on the top.
- To drink this however, you need to stir in the coffee cream with the milk till well combined. This creates a drink that’s more similar to a Starbucks Frappuccino.
