Drinking homemade fresh juice is one of the easiest ways to boost your immune system. No matter what type of juice it is, as long as it is freshly made your body will benefit from it.

Green juices is very easy to make at home and you can choose from your favorite green vegetables and fruits. In this recipe I have used……

  • Green Apple
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Celery

You can use any green veggies of your choice…

Enjoy the feeling of energy and nourishment that this incredibly powerful green juice will provide you. This can be kept in the fridge for 48 hours but will start to lose some of its potency after 1 hour.

This green juice is naturally sweet and super healthy. Perfect to detox your body and boost your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 4 stalks of celery

  • 2 english cucumbers

  • 2 green apples

  • 1 knob of ginger

  • 1 cup of water

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender along with a cup of water and blend into smooth. (I missed adding the ginger. Hence, added it midway).
  • Strain this green juice using a strainer. Squeeze the juice making sure to remove all the juice out.
  • Transfer the juice into a glass and serve it with or without ice.

Notes

  • Feel free to replace veggies of your choice with the ones mentioned in the recipe.
  • You can choose to have it warm or chilled. Totally left up to you.
  • You can replace green apples with red ones as they tend to be sweeter.
