Healthy and Easy to make Drumstick Soup, a perfect blend of taste and nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 4nos/200grms drumstick, cut into pieces

  • 1/4th tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 1 tsp jeera/cumin

  • 1/4th tsp hing

  • 1/4th tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Pressure cook the drumsticks with water, turmeric and salt for 3-4 whistles
  • Let the pressure release naturally then, open the cooker and let the drumsticks come to room temperature.
  • Transfer them to the blender and grind to a fine paste along with the stock (water from the cooked drumsticks).
  • Place a strainer on a bowl and transfer the blended mixture onto it. Now Press the mixture done with a help of a ladle or spoon. Discard the fiber left out on the strainer (don’t forget to scrape from the bottom of the strainer). Keep this aside.
  • Heat some ghee in a pan, add jeera, hing and the drumstick pulp and mix well.
  • Adjust the salt, add some pepper powder and bring to a boil. Drumstick Soup is now ready. Serve Hot!
