Beer’s Knees

Beer’s Knees is an ultimate store cupboard cocktail with three easy to find ingredients.

The best thing about a cocktail is, you combining two wonderful ingredients to create a whole new experience. And majority of the time they going to be very refreshing. Same goes with this one!

My cocktails and mocktail section of recipes are totally dedicated to my husband as he is the inspiration behind this. One of his hobby is mixology. He absolutely enjoys creating and exploring his own version of cocktails or mocktails or add his own twist to the known ones. This is his activity almost all weekends whether its just with family or with friends and must mention it turns out phenomenal almost all times.

So, thanx hubby for your inspiration 🙂

Beer’s Knees is a mix of gin, honey and lemon juice. Then it’s topped off with beer. Be sure to completely dissolve the honey before adding the ice since it will clump up and it won’t get integrate.

You really don’t have to stick to the measurements. It totally depends on how you like it. Below is the measurement that I follow.

Don’t quite bother about the kind of beer or gin, you can use whatever is available.

The flavor of the Beer’s Knees is very refreshing.

So, now you know, just give it a taste.
