Made with just 3 ingredients, this sorbet is smooth and frosty in texture with an explosion of juicy fruit flavour. A perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen deseeded watermelon, diced

  • ½ lemon juice

  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

  • Deseed the watermelon, cut into cubes and freeze 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • Blend together the frozen watermelon chunks, lemon juice and honey into a smooth consistency.
  • Blend in batches if required.
  • Transfer into a freezer safe container. Serve immediately for soft sorbet. For a more a crunchy texture freeze for 3-4 hours and then serve.
